Although we make every effort to ensure that product information is accurate, minor variations may occur, including:
- packaging;

10. Minimum Order Value
Unless otherwise stated on the Website, a minimum order value may apply.
Where applicable, the minimum order value is calculated excluding VAT and delivery charges.
Orders below the minimum order threshold cannot be completed through the Website.
11. Delivery
We currently deliver within Great Britain only.
At this time, deliveries are not available to Northern Ireland.
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from fulfilment facilities located within the United Kingdom.
To ensure efficient service, we may use third-party logistics providers, warehousing partners and authorised fulfilment partners.
Products forming part of the same order may occasionally be delivered in separate consignments.
Estimated delivery times displayed on the Website are provided for guidance only.
While we make every reasonable effort to dispatch orders promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.
12. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.
Where a free delivery threshold applies, this will be clearly indicated on the Website.
Any additional delivery costs resulting from oversized parcels, remote delivery locations or special delivery requests will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
13. Transfer of Risk
Risk in the products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.
Ownership of the goods remains with Fille au Pluriel Limited until full payment has been received in accordance with Clause 18.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Where delivery cannot be completed because of:

Where possible, Customers should provide:
- photographs;

- order number;
- description of the issue.
Failure to notify us within this period may affect our ability to investigate claims with our logistics partners.
Nothing in this clause affects any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
16. Returns
As this Website is intended exclusively for approved business customers, orders cannot be cancelled simply because the Customer has changed their mind.
Returns are accepted only with the prior written authorisation of Fille au Pluriel Limited.
Before returning any products, Customers must contact our Customer Service team at: contact@filleaupluriel.co.uk
Unauthorised returns may be refused.
Where a return is authorised, products must:
- be unused;
- remain unopened;
- be in their original packaging;
- be suitable for resale;
- be returned within the period communicated by our Customer Service team.
Unless the return results from our error or from confirmed faulty goods, Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Acceptance of a returned product does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund.

If the Customer believes that products supplied are faulty, damaged or incorrect, they must notify Fille au Pluriel Limited as soon as reasonably possible.
The notification should include:
- the order number;
- photographs showing the issue;
