Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your package. You can have your order delivered directly to your salon or to a pickup point (a popular option if you’re with a client and don’t want the delivery to interrupt your treatment).
And good news: shipping is free on all orders over €250 EXCL. VAT.
Generally, if you place an order before 12 PM, we prepare and ship it on the same day. After that, delivery times depend on your location, but based on feedback from our customers, it's often very quick! However, there may be some additional delay during trade shows or other events. We always do our best to deliver to you as quickly as possible.
